I wasn’t going to post this week. It’s been hectic at work, I’m working on a bunch of side projects, and to top it all off, I’m moving. Don't worry, there will be a more in depth post about this process once I've had time to decompress and process everything I've been feeling over the past few weeks.
It’s a lot, and I’m exhausted, so I’m going to keep this incredibly brief.
In a way, it’s therapeutic. Something about closing a chapter on your own brings a sense of peace and I’m ready for it. It made me think.
Grief can’t be done for you.
Even with the therapy, support from friends and family.
You still have to make that choice yourself.
Do it for you.
Do it yourself.
